JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A brand ambassador who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
  • Provide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
  • Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand's standards
  • Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows
  • Assist in daily store operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Nitec, 'N' Level or above
  • At least 1-year experience in fashion retail
  • Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/ menswear brands is an advantage
  • Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate availability or on short notice highly preferred
