Roles & Responsibilities

·       Collect & evaluate customer requirements and prepare internal requirements for R&D and other relevant departments

·       Manage entire project life cycle from customer testing to trial production completion prior to mass production

·       Manage customer complaints, communicate directly with customers and various internal departments to prepare findings report. Work closely with sales and other internal department to provide solutions to resolve issues

·       Work closely with sales to provide technical support such as tender documentation and proposal preparation, on-site/online product/solution presentation, etc.

·       Cooperate with the product manager to recommend suitable project solutions/products and provide market information to support internal product planning

·       Cooperate with sales to maintain customer relationship and take initiative to visit customers regularly to follow up on current projects and understand new requirements

Experiences & Requirements

·       Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent

·       Minimum 3 years National ID, driver's license, Seafarer ID card, ePassport project management experiences specifically compliance to ICAO/MRTD standard, including project plan creation, data enrolment and security document personalization system implementation

·       Good understanding of Key Management System and processes in security document project

·       Proficient in UAT process, communication with relevant certification team and accredited test labs, etc

·       Excellent understanding of ICAO Specifications

·       Excellent command of both written and spoken English

·       Very good knowledge of and ability to use MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

·       Experience working in a global team supporting internal and external clients from different time zones

·       Experience in a multi-cultural environment is appreciated

·       Suitable candidates with relevant experience from ASEAN countries can apply
