Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns, data workflows, and platform enhancements.
  • Manage CRM platform operations, ensuring SLA compliance and coordinating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
  • Develop and validate system enhancements including webforms and data integrations.
  • Oversee CRM data quality, schema configuration, data import/export, typology rules, batch job monitoring, and API implementation.
  • Test and monitor data ingestion processes and event triggers to ensure system reliability.
  • Ensure all campaign data handling complies with GDPR, PDPA, and internal security policies.
  • Document processes and deliver training to users for effective system usage and best practices.
  • Provide technical consultancy to business teams on campaign execution and CRM functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of IT/Computer Science/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic v7/8.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe RT-CDP, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Query Service, SegmentBuilder, and Identity Services.
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation, real-time data processing, and CRM system integrations.
  • Skilled in HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and APIs related to Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving platform issues.
  • Experience in email marketing best practices and cross-channel execution (SMS, push notifications).
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and marketing analytics.
  • Proficient in using JIRA or similar project tracking tools.
  • Certification in Adobe Campaign Classic v7/8 and RT-CDP.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
