We're expanding and looking for motivated Sales Consultants who can build relationships, close deals, and aren't afraid to take initiative.

What You'll Do

  • Engage customers: Handle enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins) and build trust quickly.
  • Understand needs: Discover what families really require in a helper.
  • Match & recommend: Shortlist candidates with for the customer.
  • Guide interviews: Help both employer and helper feel confident in the process.
  • Close placements: Present offers clearly, secure deposits, and set expectations.
  • Think proactively: Spot opportunities, suggest new lead sources, and share fresh ideas to drive placements.
  • Follow through: Stay connected until deployment to maintain confidence.

Who We're Looking For

  • People person — you can connect and build rapport fast.
  • Hungry closer — driven by results and motivated by rewards.
  • Proactive mindset — willing to find new ways to bring in customers, not just wait for leads.
  • Organised and responsive — able to juggle multiple customers at once.
  • Must be able to communicate in English. Additional languages Mandarin/Malay/Bahasa/Tagalog a plus.
  • Sales, customer service, or relationship experience is preferred — but training will be provided for the right fit.
