Senior Manager, Factory Business Processes

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and ownership of critical business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Drive standardization and harmonization of processes across global factory sites, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Take responsibility for identifying inefficiencies, setting improvement roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Build new business processes from the ground up for manufacturing lines, sites, or systems with limited guidance.
  • Engage directly with plant managers, site leaders, and senior management to influence decision-making and enforce process discipline.
  • Implement and govern continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing, quality, and support functions.
  • Set and monitor process performance metrics (KPIs) and proactively resolve bottlenecks and deviations.
  • Lead change management efforts independently across sites, including stakeholder alignment, communication, and training.
  • Develop playbooks, SOPs, and training materials to institutionalize process knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master certification.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or smart factory initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other regulatory and quality frameworks.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing/factory environments, with significant leadership in business process transformation.
  • Proven track record of independently driving and leading process change across multi-site or global operations.
  • Strong international exposure, with demonstrated success in managing diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution.
  • Excellent process mapping, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and business systems (ERP, MES, etc.).
  • Certified in or highly proficient with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
