Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Shipping Specialist to manage all aspects of shipping operations, including import/export processes, freight arrangements, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement in shipping activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support daily shipping operations, including:
  • Import, export and logistics activities
  • Freight arrangement and carrier coordination
  • SAP sales order processing
  • Providing training and guidance to internal teams and external partners
  • Scheduling and tracking shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers, and liaising with internal teams to manage the entire delivery process
  • Ensure full compliance with company shipping policies and relevant regulations
  • Continuously optimize shipping workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyze shipping data regularly to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Medical, Biology, Chemistry, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in handling shipments of biological or chemical materials
  • Solid understanding of international transportation and customs regulations, including HS code classification
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and solve problems proactively
  • High level of responsibility and commitment to company goals
