The Role:
What will you do?
- You will join the corporate communications team where we build and protect the reputation of Schneider Electric in East Asia through thought leadership, executive communications, and employee engagement
- This role will support the East Asia communications community across 9 countries with a high level of exposure to senior management and will be hands on with campaign and content creation internally and externally
- Connect and coordinate the communications community by creating and maintaining shared tools, processes and resources
- Maintain regional editorial calendar for internal and external content
- Content creation for internal communications including internal social channels, intranet and newsletters
- Content creation for external thought leadership activities including writing articles, speeches and presentations with a focus on sustainability and Electricity 4.0
- Support with project management for annual sustainability research project
- Support Brand tracking and attainment of share of voice KPIs
Qualifications:
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education: Bachelor's in English/Literature, History, Public Affairs, Political Science, Communications, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies or similar
- Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have MS Office including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, project management, strong writing/written content creation skills, digitally savvy (social media knowledge is helpful), good sense of design/strong PPT or Canva design skills a bonus
- Previous internship experience in a corporate environment
