[What the role is]

This is a dual role that will provide the intern with a comprehensive understanding of Tote Board’s corporate communications efforts and strategic planning processes.

The intern will work with the Corporate Communications team on Tote Board’s Annual Report, which includes organisational and governance reporting, as well as beneficiary, partner and grant project impact storytelling.

In addition, he/she will also collaborate closely with the Strategic Planning Department to help craft Tote Board's Corporate Purpose statement. The process entails stakeholder engagement and strategy work that seek to align our mission, vision, values and long-term strategic goals.

**Corporate and Stakeholder Communications**

**Project Description**:
The intern will be required to:
Annual Report Production
- Assist in overall project management of the Annual Report.
- Support the team in curating engaging content for the Annual Report, including shaping story angles, planning for photoshoots, filming and interviews of stakeholders and beneficiaries.

Corporate Purpose Development
- Document stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Analyse qualitative data to identify key themes.
- Draft and refine the Corporate Purpose statement through iterations with stakeholders.
- Propose strategies to communicate the Corporate Purpose statement.

Key project deliverables* include, but are not limited to:

- Planning and contribution to the Annual Report with engaging content.
- Formulation of Corporate Purpose statement and identity.

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- Meticulous self-starter who is also a good team player
- Strong in project management and organisational skills
- Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills, and has the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Background in Communications Studies or Business students
- Available for a minimum of 10 weeks
- Preferred profile of Interns: Year 2 or 3, Communications or Business students

- Gain planning, project management and storytelling skills
- Experience a spectrum of communications-related tasks working in a corporate communications team alongside brand and design agencies
- Develop strategic communication and stakeholder engagement skills
