We are looking for a passionate and creative Freelance Cooking Instructor to lead fun, hands-on cooking and baking classes for children aged 6–12 years. Our "Little Chefs" program introduces kids to a variety of cooking techniques while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for food.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging weekly cooking and baking sessions tailored to children (6–12 years).
  • Introduce and demonstrate basic culinary techniques (measuring, mixing, kneading, decorating, etc.).
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and supportive learning environment at all times.
  • Manage class setup, materials, and clean-up after each session.
  • Encourage creativity, teamwork, and positive kitchen habits.
  • Communicate with program coordinators regarding student progress and class needs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience teaching or working with children preferred.
  • Strong culinary background, with baking and cooking knowledge.
  • Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young learners.
  • Available for a minimum 6-month commitment (Mondays, 3–5pm).
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check (at own cost).
  • Ability to manage small groups and maintain a fun, structured class environment.
