**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Deliver engaging science classes**: Follow and deliver lesson plans for science experiments, activities, and lessons to students in regular classes, workshops, and camps.
- **Ensure smooth class operations**: Create an organized, professional, and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity and hands-on learning.
- **Monitor student progress**: Provide constructive feedback, encourage students’ scientific thinking, and help them develop their skills in problem-solving and discovery.
- **Address parent queries**: Respond to feedback and questions from parents in a timely, professional manner.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow instructors and staff to ensure seamless operations and a positive learning experience for all students.
- **Promote the organization**: Contribute to the promotion and development of the company's activities in alignment with our vision and mission.

**Key Requirements**
- **Interest in science and education**: A passion for teaching children about science and instilling a love for learning through engaging lessons and experiments.
- **Teaching experience**: Previous experience in teaching children is a plus, but not mandatory.
- **Strong communication**: Ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- **Responsibility and professionalism**: Punctuality, preparedness for classes, and a professional approach to teaching.
- **Organized and creative**: Ability to manage class materials and create an interactive and fun learning environment.
- **Commitment**: Must be willing to commit to a minimum term of 6 months.

**Additional Skills & Experience (Preferred but not required)**
- Experience in science education or related fields.
- Previous experience working with children (ages 3-15).
- A strong interest in learning and teaching new science concepts and experiments.
