Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree and above in Law, Business Management and/or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in legal practice and understand the complexities of the legal system in order to manage the business operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Significant industry experience and a strong understanding of operations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and drive financial performance.
  • Proficiency in managing and developing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
