Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative work such as data entry, updating records, basic reporting, inventory/ stock check, etc.
  • Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders via phone and email for projects
  • Plan, schedule and assist with logistics arrangement and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Source, evaluate and negotiate suppliers' proposals for the assigned category
  • Ensure adherence to import regulatory compliance according to Food Act requirements in Singapore
  • Liaise effectively with Finance, Supply Chain, and internal business on any defective or discrepancy issues for the inbound shipment and ensure timely payment for completed imports
  • Update process guides and documentation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, purchasing or business logistics
  • Possess excellent IT knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Team player who is resourceful and able to work independently
