Senior Associate

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative work such as data entry, updating records, basic reporting, inventory/ stock check, etc.
- Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders via phone and email for projects
- Plan, schedule and assist with logistics arrangement and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Source, evaluate and negotiate suppliers' proposals for the assigned category
- Ensure adherence to import regulatory compliance according to Food Act requirements in Singapore
- Liaise effectively with Finance, Supply Chain, and internal business on any defective or discrepancy issues for the inbound shipment and ensure timely payment for completed imports
- Update process guides and documentation
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, purchasing or business logistics
- Possess excellent IT knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Team player who is resourceful and able to work independently
