Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive based in Singapore or the Middle East to expand our global client base and drive revenue growth for our eCommerce and digital marketing services. This is a remote position, ideal for proactive professionals experienced in online business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and other B2B channels.
  • Manage and optimize profiles on freelance marketplaces and lead generation tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation.
  • Handle end-to-end sales process — from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Track business performance and maintain CRM data accurately.
  • Stay updated with global market trends, technologies, and competitors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Account Management (preferably in IT/eCommerce).
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting targets.
  • Strong organizational, research, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience working with international clients (Europe, USA, APAC) is a plus.
