  • Monday - Friday, 9AM-6PM

Responsibilities :

  • Collect and deliver instruments to and from customer sites efficiently.
  • Perform on-site evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide support for instrument installation and commissioning as needed.
  • Assist with in-house assembly of instrument components in the laboratory.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer support and after-sales service.
  • Handle equipment carefully, ensuring proper documentation during transport and servicing.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and risk assessment procedures.
