About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager, Real Estate to join our dynamic team at COLI (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the investment functions and setting up a Singapore-based organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate real estate development opportunities, investment activities and business models
  • Contribute to the formulation of actionable business plans, and establish effective tracking and reporting frameworks
  • Perform in-depth market research to assess markets, and design strategies for data collection and analysis
  • Participate actively in strategic planning initiatives to support the company's growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and drive sustainable business expansion
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders, as required
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team
  • Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned to support business needs

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Real Estate/Property or Financial Services
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Candidates with prior experiences in a real estate and/ or REIT environment will have an added advantage
  • Other key attributes include strong analytical and communication skills, proactive in taking initiatives and a good team player
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with different personalities
  • Proficient in communicating in Chinese both verbal and written, to Headquarter in China
