Responsibilities:

Primary Objectives:**

  • Coordinate initiatives across the branch
  • Facilitate information sharing and internal publications
  • Drive continuous improvement in work efficiency
  • Serve as liaison with Head Office departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage branch targets and budgets
  • Develop, implement, and track branch action plans
  • Encourage and support cross-departmental projects and initiatives
  • Gather, consolidate, and disseminate information to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with Head Office departments
  • Build connections with external partners to obtain valuable insights and opportunities
  • Identify and propose potential areas for process improvement
  • Carry out additional tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

[Must]

  • Candidate must hold at least a Degree in business Admin or Business Analytics
  • At least 5 years experiences in corporate planning and development in banking / finance industry
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics that leads to sound business judgements and recommendations;
  • Excellent presentation skills to translate analytics into understandable documentation;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity and good teamwork ethic;
  • Engage actively with developing new opportunities;
  • Professional skills in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word; and
  • Able to catch up quickly with company policies and procedures, including those of organization, function, employment, compliance and conduct etc.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with ability to handle branch budgeting, cost tracking and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with spreadsheets and budget figures.

  • Previous corporate planning and development experience within the banking/FI industry
