Central Region, Singapore AUX CLOUD COMMERCE PTE. LTD. Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

●Responsible for sales operations in Singapore, as well as certain sales operations in Johor, Malaysia.

● Generate Leads: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking,

and referrals.

● Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective

customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our HVAC products and services.

● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and

existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

● Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the

company.

● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market

conditions to provide valuable insights and feedback to the company.

● Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring mutually

beneficial agreements.

● Follow-Up: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and to handle any

issues or concerns that may arise.

● Ad-hoc duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, with strong pre-existing relationships

with customers in the HVAC industry.


• Experience in establishing and managing distributor relationships, ensuring effective

collaboration and maximizing sales opportunities.


• In-depth product knowledge of residential unitary and multi-split air conditioning

systems.


• Extensive sales experience in Singapore, with a comprehensive understanding of the local

market dynamics.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain

strong customer relationships.


• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
