Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Visual Merchandiser Display cum Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency across visual elements, and designing graphics for marketing and promotional materials. This dual-role position combines visual merchandising expertise with graphic design skills to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising

  1. Develop and implement innovative in-store visual display strategies that align with brand guidelines.
  2. Plan and execute window displays, shelf arrangements, and promotional setups to optimize customer experience and sales.
  3. Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to ensure visual elements support sales campaigns.
  4. Regularly update displays to reflect seasonal themes, product launches, and special events.
  5. Conduct market research to stay updated on visual merchandising trends and competitor activities.

Graphic Design

  1. Design high-quality marketing materials, including posters, banners, digital assets, and brochures, in line with the brand identity.
  2. Create artwork for in-store signage, product labels, and other point-of-sale materials.
  3. Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns.

Skills

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of retail display techniques, store layouts, and consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling or visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
