Note: This is an in-store Visual Merchandising role based on rostered shifts aligned with retail operating hours.

Primary Responsibility

As a Visual Merchandising Executive, you need to bring On's brand vision to life through strategic and impactful visual storytelling. This role focuses on creating compelling product displays, optimizing store layouts, and supporting commercial goals through data-driven merchandising strategies.

Areas of Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising & Brand Storytelling

  • Execute visual merchandising strategies that merge Swiss precision with local market insights to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Develop compelling window displays and in-store presentations that highlight On's technological innovations.
  • Adapt merchandising strategies based on sales performance, traffic patterns, and customer behaviors in a high-traffic airport retail setting.
  • Implement seasonal updates, product launches, and global brand activations tailored for the Singaporean market.

Retail Standards & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain a premium, visually appealing store environment that reflects On's brand ethos and high standards.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand guidelines, balancing creativity with operational feasibility.
  • Train and mentor the store team on visual merchandising best practices, ensuring proper maintenance of displays.
  • Adapt store displays and merchandising in response to traffic peaks, promotions, and new product arrivals.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Management to support store operations and business needs.

Requirements

  • Singaporean/SPR preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in sportswear or premium retail.
  • Strong understanding of retail space optimization and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to creatively adapt global guidelines to resonate with both local and international customers.
  • Experience working with technical products and performance apparel.
  • Diploma or degree in design, visual arts, or retail management preferred.
