**Job Highlights**
- 5.5 days work week, 9am to 6pm (Weekdays) / 9am to 1pm (Saturday)
- Working location: Running to different store (we have 21 stores island-wide)
- Salary: up to $3500 (commensurate with experience) + transport allowance
- AWS + VB provided

**Responsibilities**:
1. Display Design: Developing creative concepts and layouts for merchandise displays, window displays, and in-store visual presentations that align with the brand image and target customer base.

2. Product Presentation: Selecting and arranging products in an attractive manner to highlight their features, benefits, and seasonal relevance. Ensuring that displays are well-stocked and properly replenished as per the store's inventory.

3. Window Dressing: Creating eye-catching window displays that capture the attention of passersby and entice them to enter the store. Changing displays regularly to reflect new promotions, seasons, or trends.

4. Space Planning: Collaborating with store management and retail teams to optimize floor plans and product placement, ensuring efficient traffic flow and ease of customer navigation within the store.

5. Visual Merchandising Guidelines: Following brand and company visual merchandising guidelines to maintain a consistent and cohesive store visual identity across different locations. Updating guidelines as needed to reflect changes in product offerings or marketing campaigns.

6. Signage and Point of Sale Imagery: Designing and implementing signage and in-store promotional materials that effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers.

7. Collaboration: Working closely with the store management team, buyers, marketing team, and vendors to understand the store's target customer demographics, upcoming promotions, and product launches. Collaborating and coordinating with these stakeholders to plan and execute effective visual displays.

8. Trends and Competitor Analysis: Staying updated with the latest visual merchandising trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Incorporating new ideas and techniques into store displays to maintain a fresh and innovative visual appearance.

9. Training: Training and guiding retail staff on visual merchandising best practices, ensuring that they understand the importance of maintaining a visually appealing store environment and effectively conveying product information to customers.

10. Evaluation and Analysis: Monitoring and evaluating the impact of visual merchandising efforts on sales performance and customer engagement. Conducting regular store visits, analyzing sales data, and gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust visual displays as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Demonstrate strong creativity and imagination
- Proven hands on experience in working with graphic software and monitoring visual displays
- Demonstrate expertise in store merchandising
- Experienced in working with multi-brand retailers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
