About the Role

The Account Executive cum Admin & HR is responsible for managing the full spectrum of daily accounting operations, including handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, CPF contributions, and corporate income tax filings. The position also involves supporting month-end closing activities, assisting with budget preparation, and liaising with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, this role will also requires to support administrative and human resources functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process and manage accounts payable, including verifying invoices, matching purchase orders, and ensuring timely payment of vendor bills
  2. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to accounts payable
  3. Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
  4. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures
  6. Provide support to the broader accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Must be proficient in English and Mandarin.
