About the role

BEM Collective Pte Ltd is seeking a warm, motivated Aesthetic Clinic Assistant / Therapist to join our team based in the vibrant East Coast/Joo Chiat area of Singapore. This is a full-time position in a premium, doctor-led clinic where you will play a key role in supporting our treatments and delivering a high-touch, luxury service experience to our patients.


What you'll be doing
  • Providing exceptional customer service and patient care throughout their clinic journey
  • Meeting and greeting patients warmly, assisting them with check-in, and guiding them through treatments
  • Assisting the doctor during procedures and preparing patients for treatments
  • Performing skin assessments and recommending suitable skincare products
  • Providing medi-facials and body contouring treatments
  • Explaining treatments to patients, including benefits, what to expect, and aftercare
  • Offering post-treatment advice and follow-up care to ensure optimal results
  • Handling sales — introducing relevant treatments and products, cross-selling in a professional manner
  • Assisting with sales transactions and check-out, including treatment summaries and payment processing
  • Maintaining a clean, organised clinic environment and restocking treatment rooms

What we're looking for
  • Work Pass sponsorship available
  • Previous experience as an aesthetic therapist, beautician, marketing or in a similar role is preferred (training will be provided for the right candidate)
  • Warm, friendly personality with strong communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn
  • Able to follow treatment protocols with attention to detail
  • Professional certification in beauty therapy, aesthetics is an advantage
