About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant/Therapist to join our team in the Orchard area. As a Clinic Assistant/Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with patient care, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and greeting patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  2. Scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  3. Assisting with patient consultations, treatments, and follow-up care
  4. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked clinic environment
  5. Providing support to the doctor as needed, including preparation of treatment rooms
  6. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role, preferably within the aesthetic industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care and service
  3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  4. A passion for aesthetics, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments
  5. A team player with a positive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude

Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with patient.

Work Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 11am to 8pm

Saturdays: 10am to 5pm
