Job Description:

The Junior Finance Executive will assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of finance principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support financial decision-making processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting and analyzing financial data.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Help with the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Provide support for audits and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in financial planning and strategy meetings as needed.
  • Perform other financial tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Some experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software; experience with [specific software, if applicable] is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
