Overview Junior Finance Executive (Contract 12 months renewal)Finance Executive (6-Month Contract, Renewable) — Work Week: Monday to Friday (5 days); Salary Range: SGD 2,000 – 2,600 per month; Attire: Corporate wear Responsibilities Handle daily accounts payable tasks including invoice processing, staff reimbursements, purchase orders, and payments Review and verify supporting documents; track and reconcile discrepancies Prepare basic journal entries and assist with month-end closing activities together with the finance admin Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for management Documentation & Compliance Maintain proper filing of financial records (physical and digital) for audit readiness Ensure documentation meets compliance requirements and internal guidelines Requirements We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: Education: ITE, Diploma, or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields Experience: 1–2 years' experience in accounts or finance operations Good understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial processes Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Xero is a plus Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Meticulous, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team How to Apply Interested applicants may apply directly or contact 9178 6***for more information.
