Job Duties:
- Handles overall Facilities Management across all regional offices
- Managing all office managers across different regions
- Manages business services (Reception, Conference Services, Regional Corporate Travel Program, Pantry, Food Services)
- Provide Business Support to the stakeholders and management
- Liaison with Corporate Security
- Organising and handling of corporate Events
- Vendor Management and Procurement
- Lease negotiation, budgeting and design & construction
- Perform Real Estate Strategy and Analytics
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar capacity within a corporate environment preferred
- Minimum 12-15 years of similar experience in MNCs
- Health and safety training a plus
- Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; Good sense of urgency
