**Accounting and Corporate Service Manager**
We are a fast growing consulting firm providing full suite corporate outsourcing service to our client.
**Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts of a given portfolio of client companies
- Managing all financial and accounting transactions ensuring that they meet with Singapore’s Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) requirements and utilizing all the tools that we have at your disposal
- Coordinating and liaising with clients on accounting matters and queries
- Prepare XBRL/unaudited report /GST returns preparation and filing
- Incorporating new companies, registration of foreign entities and limited liability partnerships and Striking off companies
- Preparing minutes of meetings, resolutions and supporting documents
- Issuing Share Certificates, Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns to ACRA Update and maintain statutory and corporate records required by Companies Act
- Prepare board resolutions and minutes Prepare and filing of e-forms (ACRA) and e-stamping of transfer forms
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements
- CPA/ACCA certification
- Familiar with Singapore Tax / Financial Reporting Standards / Company Act
- Preferably with experience from an audit firm or professional service providers
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Confident, independent and adaptable
- Tech-driven mindset: always find ways to improve efficiency and adapt easily to a fast-paced and an ever-changing environment
- Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks
