Enterprise Solution Architect

Job Description:

• Work with sales leads to understand the customer IT landscape and business priorities to identify and position appropriate solutions.
• Determine the best technical solution after due evaluation.
• Provide specifications according to which solutions are to define, managed and delivered.
• Lead the overall solution across various Service Lines (Enterprise Applications, Custom Software Development, Cloud and Digital).
• Develop system implementation plans, processes, solution architectures and technical architectures.
• Lead client proposal development and presentations.
• Lead solution architecture and delivery of the proposed solution at client projects; Build technical design and implementation plan.

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of strong solution and delivery experience in Enterprise IT and Digital delivery programs; Pure project/program management experience will not suffice for this role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and design, including architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as RESTful APIs, programming languages, CI/CD concepts, cloud hosting practices and big data technologies.
• Experience with cloud native development solutions; AWS, Azure, GCP, PCF, OpenShift and Singapore GCC (Government Commercial Cloud).
• Experience in solution and delivery for clients in Singapore public sector is mandatory with Defence sector a plus
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, able to navigate organizations and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals
• Ability to dive deep into the solution, and hands-on solution development
