About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Client Acquisition Manager (Offshore Banking). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new offshore banking clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and convert high-potential leads, ensuring the company's offshore banking services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and qualify new lead opportunities for offshore banking services
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into new client acquisitions
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential offshore banking clients and monitor their progress through the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the product and service teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and addressed
- Provide exceptional client service and build strong, lasting relationships with offshore banking customers
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns to raise awareness of offshore banking offerings
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new offshore banking client acquisitions
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client acquisition or sales role within the banking or financial services industry
- In-depth understanding of offshore banking products and services, as well as the regulatory landscape in the SEA region.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, nurturing and converting high-value leads into new clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure new business
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Collaborative mindset and a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally
