Role Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated and independent Talent Associate to join our HQ team, to be based in Singapore. This role supports our talent acquisition and consultant management functions, to broader teams to attract, engage, and retain top legal talent across the region. The Talent Associate will play a key role in supporting the onboarding, ongoing engagement, and development of our consultant network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication.
  • Support talent onboarding and induction activities, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Maintain and update talent databases and profiles across KorumLegal's proprietary platforms.
  • Coordinate with legal consultants and clients regarding availability, contract renewals, and feedback collection.
  • Assist in organizing talent-engagement events and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and client teams to help promote KorumLegal's talent brand.
  • Contribute ideas to improve talent engagement, recruitment processes, and community building.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, legal talent management, or related roles, ideally within the legal or contracting-recruitment fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in English; additional Asian language skills are beneficial.
