Omnistudio Developer

The Omnistudio Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing OmniScripts using Salesforce Omnistudio. This role requires a deep understanding of customer requirements, the ability to translate them into effective scripted processes, and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain OmniScripts for various business functions, ensuring alignment with user requirements and company objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical expertise in the development of Omnistudio solutions.
• Customize and configure Omnistudio components, including data raptors, integration procedures, and message services, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct testing and debugging of OmniScripts to ensure functionality and reliability, and address any related issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users on Omnistudio and OmniScript applications.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and maintain knowledge of best practices in Omnistudio development.
• Document solutions, processes, and updates to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in OmniStudio and OmniScript development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and development best practices.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications related to Omnistudio or Developer track are a plus.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Visualforce.
