Position: Salesforce Developer (Junior to Senior Level)

We're looking for Salesforce Developers (Junior to Senior) to join a Fortune 500 SI Company driving digital transformation for global enterprises.

You'll design, configure, and support Salesforce-based packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Enhance system functionality through configuration and Apex/Visualforce customizations.
  • Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) for scalable solutions.
  • Manage system releases, maintain application stability, and support packaged SaaS operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver seamless solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis and perform robust testing.
  • Mentor peers and champion Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Salesforce releases and trends.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Public Sector Solutions) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with packaged development, integration, and software platforms is beneficial.

Certifications (at least one required):

Salesforce Platform App Builder

Salesforce JavaScript Developer I

Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with ownership-driven attitude.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or advanced Omnistudio configurations.
  • Experience leading small teams or mentoring developers.
  • Familiarity with low-code tools, APIs, and packaged development frameworks
