  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify sales inquiries by understanding customer requirements and preparing related documents.
  • Support the sales team with daily operations and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and payment.
  • Responsible for shipping documents (import and export) with suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinating with warehouse team and update stock level by every month end
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Assist in the development of business plans and help achieve sales targets.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess minimum 2-year(s) experience in similar roles.
  • Prior experience in handling shipping documents will be a plus.
