Job Summary

We are seeking a detailed oriented and analytical Associate to manage financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements for our legal entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements for legal entities.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of internal controls and corporate governance policies.
  • Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit, preferably within a multinational corporation or financial institution.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and other regulatory accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and adaptability skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
