Client Support Administrator

Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on ongoing service matters
- Manage appointment scheduling and respond to client enquiries
- Assist with service coordination for student onboarding and settlement arrangements (training provided)
- Perform administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, and file organisation
- Optional: support simple content creation such as basic video recording (not required)
Requirements
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage but not required
Preferred (Optional)
- Experience with simple video shooting or editing
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other basic content tools
- Interest in student services, customer support, or coordination work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $2, $3,500.00 per month
