What You'll Do
As an **Client Support Specialist**, you will be the primary contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support:
- **Client Interaction**Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our services with professionalism and courtesy.
- **Account Management**Assist in managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- **Documentation**Maintain accurate client records, document interactions, and prepare reports on client activities and service outcomes.
- **Communication Facilitation**Ensure smooth communication between clients and various departments for seamless service delivery.
- **Issue Resolution**Proactively identify potential client concerns and work to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- **Administrative Support**Provide administrative assistance to the Client Services team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing client documentation.
- **Feedback Analysis**Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- **Project Support**Assist in planning and executing client-related projects, coordinating resources, and tracking progress.
- **Presentation Preparation**Help prepare client presentations and reports.
- **Industry Insights**Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to offer informed recommendations to clients.
Who You Are
- **Education**: Local diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a client-facing role or internship in client services is a plus but not required.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
