(OT may or may not be expected due to nature of banking industry)

East working location

12 months contract (renew/convert based on performance/biz needs)

Salary: Basic (up to commissions (can be up to 5k+)

Scope:


• Promote, sell & retain: Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell + retain loans products


• Objection handling: Manage and handle customer's resistance and objections


• Meet sales targets: Achieve & exceed sales target assigned


• Leads management: Maximise conversions within timeline for leads assigned


• Customer Experience: Ensure great customer onboarding journey

Requirements:


• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections


• Sales-driven & result oriented mindset


• Prior Sales experience is a plus
