Job Summary:

The PMO Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving project management standards, governance, and performance across all company projects. This role ensures consistent project execution, resource optimization, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management frameworks, policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and track project performance, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization across departments.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare project dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project documentation, governance, and change control processes.
  • Facilitate project reviews, audits, and lessons-learned sessions.
  • Lead and mentor the PMO team, building a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, or other project tracking tools.
  • PMPor equivalent certification preferred
