The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to join our Brand Marketing team, focusing on card usage and portfolio growth. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, deepening cardmember relationships, and enhancing portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive card spend, activation, and retention.
  • Create targeted value propositions and customer-centric campaigns based on insights and segmentation.
  • Leverage tools such as GenAI, ChatGPT, and Canva to produce engaging marketing content across channels.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, derive insights, and present results to optimise effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency and support A&P budget management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2- 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in cards, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in leveraging customer insights and analytics to inform marketing strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about delivering customer value and enhancing the brand experience.
