Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational efficiency in Inpatient Operations, improve on work processes, handle staff matters and be involved in public relations and administrative affairs
- Work closely with various department stakeholders to undertake projects for service improvements.
- Be exposed to key areas of hospital operations to gain a broader view and understanding of hospital management
- Undertake new projects and any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- 1 to 2 years of working experience (supervisory), preferably in healthcare industry
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Possess leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
