About the Role

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be an ambassador of the organisation, dedicated to providing excellent service to patients and their families. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth discharge process and supporting patients in their financial and follow-up arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in payment collection for discharging patients
  • Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges
  • Perform patient discharge procedures
  • Arrange follow-up appointments for inpatients
  • Support additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N Levels with at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage staff at all levels
  • Passionate about serving patients with empathy and care
  • Willing to work on 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Shift Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8am–5pm or 11am–8pm (rotating)
  • Saturday: 8am–5pm
  • 5-day work week (if rostered on Saturday, a weekday off will be provided)
