Responsibilities

High Jewellery Design

  • Conceptualise and design luxury jewellery pieces aligned with the aesthetics of high-end maisons while integrating metaphysical symbolism.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to interpret metaphysical themes (e.g. wealth capacity, favourable elements) into elegant, wearable designs.

  • Develop sketches, 3D renders, and technical specifications for final production.

  • Design sculptural crystal and jadeite home treasures used in Imperial Feng Shui rituals (e.g. mountains, totems, guardians).

  • Balance form, function, and metaphysical alignment in each product — ensuring visual impact and energetic effectiveness.

  • Work closely with crystal artisans and suppliers to prototype and produce exceptional artefacts.

  • Partner with Feng Shui consultants, copywriters, and product marketers to bring storytelling and spiritual depth into each collection.

  • Support product development cycles, from mood board and concept to sampling and production.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing fine jewellery, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship and luxury design standards.
  • Strong understanding of high jewellery design language — proportions, materials, gemstone settings, and refinement.
  • Experience in home décor, collectible design, or sculpture is a plus.
  • Mastery of design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, Matrix, or equivalent CAD software).
