Job Summary:

  • Working time: Depends on roaster (44hrs a week)
  • Working days: 6 working days within the week
  • Location: Islandwide
  • Salary: $3,800 - $5,000

Job Scopes:

  • Drive Sales and Profitability: Oversee the department's sales performance and profitability, ensuring targets and budget goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock holding days, to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Promotional Planning: Strategically plan and manage sales for promotional items, coordinating with marketing and procurement teams to ensure timely execution and maximum impact on revenue.
  • Staff Scheduling and Cost Control: Develop weekly rosters based on promotional and seasonal calendars, ensuring adequate team deployment to meet business needs.

Job Requirement:

  • Comfortable working on a 6 days' work week schedule with rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Relevant experience in the Retail/F&B industry will be an added advantage
