West Region, Singapore Mediacorp Pte Ltd Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

You'll assist in end-to-end production operations for factual documentary projects—overseeing budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics and delivery—while championing smart, tech-enabled workflows.

You're a calm organiser, a clear communicator, and confident with modern production and post-production tools.

Responsibilities :

  • Production leadership: Oversee pre-production, production and post across multiple titles; own day-to-day operations and escalate risks early.
  • Budget & cost control: Build and manage detailed production budgets (multi-currency), cashflows and cost reports; track POs/invoices; drive savings without compromising quality.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain production, post and finishing schedules (offline/online, grade, mix, QC, delivery).
  • Vendor & crew management: Source, negotiate and manage vendors (crew, editors, colour, audio, VFX/graphics, archive, fixers). Maintain a trusted roster of freelancers experienced in factual/high-end docs.
  • Logistics (local & overseas): Plan travel, carnets (ATA), visas, permits, insurances, risk assessments, H&S compliance, and on-location contingency plans.
  • Post-production supervision: Coordinate offline/online, colour pipelines (UHD/HDR10/Dolby Vision), audio (5.1/Atmos), subtitles/CC, audio description, graphics and archival.
  • Delivery & compliance: Manage deliverables to broadcasters/streamers (e.g., specs such as IMF/AS-11, frame rates, loudness, legal/compliance, cue-sheets, music reporting, rights & clearances).
  • Data & media management: Enforce secure, resilient data workflows
  • Process & QA: Standardise SOPs, call sheets, release forms, risk logs; ensure QC standards are met at every stage.

Qualifications

  • Good spoken and written English with Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules and deliveries for factual or high-end documentary productions
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate across editorial, production, post, legal and finance
  • Team player as the job requires close coordination with your fellow producers, assistant producer as well as the production team.
