Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all kitchen quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and operational standards across all outlets.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing of ingredients, food preparation processes, and final products to maintain quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), recipes, and food preparation techniques.
  • Train and support kitchen staff on proper food handling, storage, and preparation practices to ensure compliance and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any relevant industry.
  • Hygiene certificate is preferred.
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills.
