Job Scope :

  • Manage all import/export sea freight and air freight documentation.
  • Prepare invoices, permits, cargo insurance, and other required documents.
  • Liaise with clients for certificate applications and delivery arrangements.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and warehouses for transshipments, vessel schedules, and container deliveries.
  • Submit and process Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and permits via Tradeweb.
  • Handle bank submissions for DIP, D/A, and L/C terms.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in the in-house system.
  • Arrange LCL clearance from ports to client warehouses.
  • Maintain proper filing, scanning, and documentation records.
  • Support ad hoc assignments as required.
