As a Sales Engineer of EITA Technologies Pte Ltd Singapore (ETS), you are responsible for the P&L and lead the sales team in expanding the market coverage to drive sales growth to achieve the company objectives and the sustainability of ETS.
What will you be doing?
- Achieve assigned sales targets by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Liaise with business partner and key accounts to secure orders, monitor payments, and manage high-risk accounts to minimize bad debts.
- Promote the full range of ETS products and conduct persuasive presentations to consultants, specifiers, and end-users.
- Provide after-sales support, including handling product issues, returns, and credit notes (C/N).
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Build strong rapport and trust with clients while identifying areas for process improvement.
- Uphold company values and perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Are you the one?
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in E&E Engineering or Business Administration and Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Technical Sales or Sales and Marketing in the relevant industry.
- Experienced in managing product profit & loss will be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Possess good product presentation skill to consultants or clients.
- Experienced in social media and digital marketing.
