Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on:

  • Electrical systems and lighting

  • Air-conditioning and ventilation systems
  • Plumbing and sanitary fixtures
  • Carpentry and painting tasks
  • Mechanical and engineering (M&E) systems
  • Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety regulations, and health standards.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Assist in renovation or upgrade projects when required.
  • Report defects and maintenance issues to the Property Officer or Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel or building maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
