Responsibilities:
- Document control and issue all drawings received from EDC for distribution
- Material planning and DRL preparation
- Extract man-hours / Materials DRL from SAP for Report
- Prepare Hull/HF Weekly progress/Productivity report
- Upload Job number and man-hours to SAP
- Submit Plan OT to finance
- Submit Bus intend
- Update missing man-hours and Clear AWOL
- Update AD job number master list
- Update subcontractor manpower daily deployment record
Requirements:
- NITEC/Certificate in Business Administration or any Engineering related field.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Preferably 2 years of working experience
- Work in marine industry or similar capacity
Other Information:
- Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
