Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Full-Time Crew. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Act with integrity and uphold the company's values and mission.
  • Work closely with the team to support daily store operations.

  • Responsible, adaptable, and able to make sound decisions.
  • Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
Reporting Line
  • Reports to Outlet Manager and may work under the supervision of Area Manager / Senior Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager / Shift Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma in Hotel Management (or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of experience in F&B, retail, or food service operations is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
